Are you passionate about working with people with mental illness or addiction? Refractions Intenvise Residential Treatment Center is seeking an on-call/fill-in Mental Health Practitioner. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals who suffer from various mental health disorders, including psychoses cognitive impairments, and or addiction. This is for a flexible on-call/ fill-in position. Shifts and hours may vary.

- Previous experience working in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions is helpful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Pay: $22.75 - $23.75 per hour
