Machine Operator Details :

Shift : 2

Shift 2 : 00 pm-10 : 00 pm Mandatory OT on Saturdays DOUBLE TIME PAY through January!

Days : Monday-Friday

Wage : $18.50 per hour

Location : Sparta,WI 54656

Machine Operator Duties and Requirements :

• Individuals must possess the ability to adapt to changes in priorities daily, good mechanical abilities and manual dexterity, good verbal communication skills, ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations (fractions, decimals, percentages)
• Operates CNC machines to produce quality parts for the Company according to established Company procedure
• Correctly loads and unloads machines
• Performs quality checks of finished, milled products, using calipers to ensure proper dimensional requirements
• Performs quality checks of finished, milled products, using calipers to ensure proper dimensional requirements
• Buffs and de-burrs parts and plates
• May operate a forklift
• Utilizes air and hand ratchets, files, functional gauges, de-burring knives, CNC machines, hand mills, band saws, and manual lathes
• Work is performed in a production environment with routine exposure to dirt, noise, chemicals, and solvents.
• Regular exposure to repetitive motions and tasks
• Other duties as assigned
