Debt Recovery Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with consumers to review account information, answer inquiries, process payments, and establish payment plans.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls using an advanced dialer system.
• Respond promptly to consumer inquiries and requests via phone or electronic communication.
• Collaborate with team members to address consumer questions and concerns.
• Review and assign accounts to appropriate work queues, ensuring seamless processes.
• Enter detailed notes into computer systems, following up with consumers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to enhance workflow efficiency.

Debt Recovery Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, and/or call center environments is required.
• Previous collection experience is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance is preferred.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
