Job Description:

As a Real Estate Agent at Reference Real Estate, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the complex process of real estate transactions. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, providing expert advice and ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and goals.
• Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends in Boston, North Shore, and South Shore areas to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Property Listings: Create appealing property listings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property to attract potential buyers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and prices for their real estate transactions.
• Transaction Management: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Networking: Build and maintain a strong professional network, including other real estate professionals, lenders, and service providers.

Requirements:

• Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in Massachusetts.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent is preferred but not required. New graduates with a strong interest in real estate are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Self-Motivation: Self-driven and motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Boston, North Shore, and South Shore areas is a plus.
