What Can You Expect

• Supervise and coordinate activities of our field personnel, subcontractors, and material vendors 
• Provide input to the Project Manager on jobsite issues or conditions and confer with the Operations Manager to ensure production

What You Bring to the Table

• Senior Superintendent with at least 15 years of experience building commercial buildings.
• Must have experience building schedules, coordinating 20-30 subcontractors at a time, OSHA 30 Hour, 
  provide constructability solutions and has participated in project interviews/ presentations.
• Strong Team Player 
• Experience utilizing Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Procore, and other construction software 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
