What You Bring to the Table

• Developing and maintaining appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc.
• Process "Request for Information", review schedule, costs and ramifications of each.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and coordination of work between appropriate parties.
• Receive, review, forward and track Potential Change Orders through all statuses of Owner Change Orders including quantity take offs (QTO) and procuring subcontractor pricing.
• Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to this role.
• Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and Timberline.
