Pay: $19-$23 Per Hour

Reeve Trucking is seeking an highly organized individual to join our team in Stockton, CA as a CSR. This person will work within a team-driven atmosphere to meet deadlines and provide great service to our client base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling customer requests or immediate needs
• Relaying accurate information to necessary parties using telephones, text messages and email.
• Checking off work orders
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests and other information
• Data Entry

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent clerical and organizational skills
• Ability to follow up on tasks and make last minute changes as requested
• Knowledge of computers
• Great attention to detail
• Mathematic skills
• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
• Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
