Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• 3 years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean record, must be able to pass a background check, must be drug-free and able to pass entrance and random drug screenings
• EPA Universal certified
• Demonstrate customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
• Possess or Acquire NATE Core, Gas & Heat, Heat Pump & A/C certification, Master Heat Pump Council tech, Low Temp/Wine machines within one year of employment
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle and the components therein
• Strong understanding of heating cycle and the components therein, including diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of electricity and the ability to use diagnostic equipment, specifically multi-meters and troubleshoot basic electrical circuits

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
