JOB SUMMRY:

  • Promotes a culture consistent with MCT Core Values of Camaraderie, Excellence, Can DO Attitude, Doing Right and having Fun.
  • Owns the accuracy and timeliness of the sales coordination process, including the issuance and closing of LPOs, management of inventory and location and the assignment of units. C
  • Coordinates the installation schedule and other sales duties as assigned. 
  • Resolve customer complaints or answer customer questions regarding policies and procedures.
  • Review records or reports pertaining to sales, production, Accounts receivable, and verifies details, monitors work activities, or assist leadership with evaluating sales performance.
  • Inputs and confirms accuracy and with Carrier quote and order system
  • Assist salespeople with creating and issuing customer quotes within Salesforce
  • Responsible for the general administration duties such as answering phones, ordering office supplies, vehicle registration, rental billing, other duties as assigned
  • Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management.

  • Microsoft Office, Sales Force, Domo, Karmak
  • Respond to customer problems or complaints.
  • Regular attendance

Experience

2 years’ experience in sales administration or coordination of sales processes.

Using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.

  • Graphics

Working with pictures in graphics programs or other applications, including creating simple graphics, manipulating the appearance, and inserting graphics into other programs.

  • Internet

Using a computer application to create, manipulate, edit, and show virtual slide presentations.

  • Spreadsheets

Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs.
