Job Title: Parts Clerk

Job Summary:
Ability to process and locate unit parts for internal and external customers. Verify part numbers in the appropriate books via electronic records to ensure accuracy. Perform cycle counts and record data; reporting any variances to management. Monitor inventory levels and research any data inconsistencies. Initiate daily contact with Parts Manager to make sure shop needs are met so operations run smoothly. Enhance organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing work that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Promotes a safety culture in the work environment.

Attendance and punctuality are essential job functions. Employees must arrive to work prior to the scheduled shift start time, while not taking unscheduled and unauthorized absences as determined by company.
Rare: Less than 5% of shift and/or less than 10 x a day. Occasionally: 6-33% of the shift and/or up to 50 x a day.
Frequently: 34-66% of the shift and/or up to 200 x a day. Continually: 66% or more of a shift and/or > 200 x a day.
