ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Pull doors, inserts and lites after scanning work order with a hand-held scanner
• Stage material in the correct order to supply the shop - inserts on cart to match the order of the doors
• Assure constant production flow by stacking material appropriately
• Make inventory adjustments when indicated
• Communicate constantly with the production scheduler, shop supervisor and department manager to assure continuing production in the shop
• Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
• Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as pulled
• Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the receiving dock
• Strive to meet team efficiencies for items pulled without compromising accuracy
• Use of forklift and order picker required
• Assist production personnel to remove an RTV or damaged door and replace with a new door
• Assist receiving and/or order pullers when necessary

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience : One year or more related experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Computer Skills

Use of computers helpful

Certificates & Licenses

Forklift certification may be helpful - Reeb will provide training and certification

Other Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
