SKILLS & ABILITIES:
High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
EXPERIENCE:
5 related experience, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) E-mail, Internet and ability to learn UKG HRIS system
Certificates & Licenses: PHR preferred
Other Requirements: Manufacturing environment preferred
