Redwood Residential PM, Inc. is a locally owned residential property management seeking to add another property manager to compliment our already awesome team in our Santa Rosa office! We manage hundreds of residential homes in Sonoma County ranging from single family homes to small apartment communities. We are an experienced group who enjoy our jobs and quality of life. Pay Range: $25.50/Hourly to $27.50/Hourly depending on experience
Here's the job description:
Maintain contact with owners, residents and vendors as needed
Perform preventative maintenance surveys and make recommendations to property owners
Conduct business in accordance with Fair Housing rules and regulations
Showing property to prospective residents
Distribute applications to all prospects
Application review and approval
Prepare and sign rental agreements in office
List and photograph new properties
Perform move-in/periodic/move-out inspections using iPad
Enforce rental agreement as needed
Create security deposit disposition at conclusion of tenancy
Handle maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly
Office administrative work as needed
Assist w/ Front Desk as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned
Position requires the following:
Active CA Real Estate License
Property management experience
Some construction experience helpful
Working knowledge of Appfolio, Google Apps, MS Office,
Basic understanding of accounting statements
Mastery of English written and verbal communications
Excellent phone skills
Reliable transportation and insurance
Clean background history
This is a full time job, 40 Hours/Week, Monday thru Friday with paid health and dental benefits, paid vacation, SimpleIRA matching contributions plus many other in office perks.
One-on-one training to be provided.
