Excellent time off and benefits package!! Responsibilities of the Service Manager will include : -Utilize commercial / industrial experience to maintain and repair building mechanical equipment such as boilers, burners, controls, chillers, air handlers, and piping systems.
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.-Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and efficiently address customer needs in a fast-paced environment.-Demonstrate reliability and honesty in all aspects of work, fostering trust and confidence among colleagues and clients.
- Embrace a customer-focused approach, striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service.-Actively contribute to the growth and success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth within a dynamic and supportive work environment.-Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges with enthusiasm.
Qualifications of the Service Manager : -Knowledge of boilers, burners, mechanical room design, layout, and purpose.-Engineering background preferred, especially in commercial / industrial boilers and boiler room accessories.
- Experience with boilers and commercial mechanical rooms, including identifying potential customers, generating targeted proposals, managing estimates, and servicing existing customers.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.-Computer literate, proficient with the Microsoft platform.-Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent technical and presentation skills.-Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable multitasking and setting work priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $80,000 to $100,000.
