RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Plant Accounting with month-end and weekly close tasks
• Annual audit requirements
• Reporting monthly results to Corporate.
• Desirable experience working with SOX or any other compliance system.
• Annual and Midyear budgeting process
• Weekly tracking to budget and forecast
• AR tracking and follow up
• AP tracking and follow up
• Prepare weekly and monthly banks reconciliation
• Monthly Subledger reconciliation vs GL
• Prepare monthly report data for corporate and the management team
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Perform global intercompany accounting and reconciliation
• Assist in special projects as needed
• Fixed Assets reconciliation
• Tracking the budget of Capital Expense

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of applicable experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with PLEX, SAP, Oracle, or any ERP.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and meet deadlines
• Capable of taking on new, challenging tasks with limited guidance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly flexible
• Ability to work and take direction from Team Members at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
