Receptionist

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
• Ordering office and basic shop supplies and keeping inventory of stock.
• Updating calendars and schedule meetings.
• Arranging travel, accommodations, and preparing vouchers.
• Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Assisting with various department needs.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Possessing an outstanding customer service attitude.

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour DOE.
