Our ultimate mission is to solve construction problems by improving quality, productivity, and responsiveness for our clients.WHAT WE NEED:The general responsibilities of the role were seeking are to Help represent our company as the leader in construction surveying and Automated Machine Guidance (AMG) technology solutions and maintain great customer relationships based upon value and trust. Assists members of the survey and other technology departments with various data tracking/entry/analysis such as gathering/organizing/verifying data sets between CAD and PDF formats, continuous upkeep/verification of data files as projects progress; utilizing various cad software to configure/convert/create data needed for survey projects (spreadsheets, point files, cad linework, alignments, etc. for volumes and report). Analyze/Convert/Create 3D data sets such as point clouds; surfaces; pipe networks; walls; etc. for various uses such as AMG field activities, volume tracking, QC/QA, volume disputes, project visualizations, etc.WHO YOU ARE:Desired Background 5 plus years of experience in the construction and/or surveying industry, with a background desirable in many of the following areas: ESRI (or equivalent), plan reading, project takeoffs, conflict data resolution, engineering design, construction surveying, 3D surfaces for AMG activities, effective contractor communication, creating volume maps and reports, point cloud processing/utilization, data spreadsheets, CAD software, and other data related activities.Desired Skills & Abilities Responsible, reliable, positive attitude, honest, ethical, and high moral standards with the desire to learn new skills, serve others and solve problems.
