Accounting Manager
Are you an Accounting Manager looking for an amazing opportunity and wanting to take your career to the next level? Redi Services, LLC, a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of an experienced Accounting Manager to join us for an amazing fulltime, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. This position will be based out of our beautiful new office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. With safety being our top priority, Redi Services, LLC. has exciting plans for 2024. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accounting and bookkeeping functions to include payroll reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Producing operating and financial reports timely and accurately.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the CFO and other department heads required including cash flow, labor burden and cost per mile calculations, dashboard, metrics, etc.
- Carrying out other financial and administrative duties as assigned by the CFO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA certification is highly favorable but not required.
Required Skills:
- Experience working with an audit consultancy firm is preferred.
- Experience in accounting in a construction or construction services company.
- Must be extremely organized and have an exceptional eye for detail.
- Must be fluent in QuickBooks and have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 DOE.
