Summary
- Works with Training Specialist Lead to design, develop, revise, and implement training coursework
- Understands and teaches computer application requirements, changes, and upgrades
- Conducts instructor-led training
- Selects or develops teaching aids such as course guides, training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works
- Maintains records of training completion for all personnel
- Designs, builds, and maintains web-based, multi-media eLearning modules using authoring tools
- Publishes and delivers eLearning modules to learning management system
- Integrates emerging instructional design methods and technologies into eLearning modules
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High degree of proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar is preferred
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, acknowledging urgency when necessary
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- A self-starter who takes direction, has a positive team player approach, and thrives in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment
- Excellent decision-making skills, the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential matters
- Displays a positive attitude, seizes opportunities and views challenges as an exciting adventure
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 2 years of training experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree is preferred
- Able to work from a remote location, as necessary
- Occasionally required to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs; this may include nights, weekends, and/or shift rotation
- Required to travel up to 280%
