Description
Functions as an integral member of the Ketamine department working with the Providers, Nurses, Patients, and other departmental staff to ensure that patients are able to receive Ketamine treatment. The primary focus of the Ketamine CCSII is ensuring that the administration of assigned treatment sessions run smoothly. This is a clinical, non-licensed, position that should have sufficient knowledge of the Ketamine Infusion Therapy (KIT), Ketamine Intramuscular Injection (KII), and Esketamine Intranasal (SPR) therapy to schedule patients, obtain consent, collect payment, track patient progress, schedule bolus groups, collect measurement data (vital signs, height, weight, urine, mental health questionnaires), document, and scribe for the provider during groups.

The Ketamine CCSII will work as a part of the Clinical and Ketamine teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible care when referred for Ketamine treatment. These are some of the main duties and areas of responsibility for this position.
