Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of the establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties: - Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service - Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment - Oversee banquet operations and coordinate events as necessary - Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members - Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business plans Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff members, customers, and vendors - Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management - In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising employees - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
