Last Call Hospitality is looking for a Barback to support our Bartenders and the rest of our staff at Tipsy Flamingo. You’ll assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks, such as restocking the bar and preparing garnishes. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in the hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity to get first-hand experience of how a bar operates.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, glassware, etc.
- Ensure the bar is well stocked with all necessary supplies
- Checks soda guns, appliances and equipment needed to properly work
- Ensuring the bar is kept clean and organized.
- Learns the menu and memorizes cocktail recipes
- Checks that liquor bottles are fully stocked
- Assists bartenders with taking orders, preparing garnishes batches and equipment needed to make drinks, opening tabs and processing payment
- Busses tables and ensures the customer areas are clean
- Welcomes customers and answers their questions
- Organizes and stores inventory appropriately
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $29.29 per hour
