Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Store Manager-in-Training (MIT) will be immersed in learning all aspects of managing a Red Wing Shoe Store. Training will take place through on-the-job experiences while learning under the guidance of our Area Retail Manager (ARM as well as other team members. You will support the Red Wing Shoe store by building loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers. This is achieved by promoting our Ultimate Fit Experience, selling our premium products, and providing conscientious customer service.
