Red Ventures is looking for a Recruiter to join its People Operations team. Our recruiters wear many hats but are primarily responsible for partnering with hiring managers to build and carry out a process that enables us to attract, hire, and retain top talent all while focusing on building diverse teams and providing a top notch candidate experience.
As a full time RV recruiter, you'll represent the company's people-forward culture through your talent work supporting its owned and operated digital brands and its partner-facing teams.
The right candidate will play a vital role in developing recruiting strategies for various position groups within Red Ventures. Specific position focus will depend on need but will be heavily focused on the search for Digital Marketing, Business Support, and Creative Professionals.
