Red Ventures is Hiring a Campus Recruiter Near Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Campus Recruiter to join our campus recruiting team. This role involves traveling to various college campuses to lead and coordinate classroom sessions, onsite interviews, and career fairs for our Launch Program (Growth Analyst). Our team experiences heavy seasons that will require travel to multiple schools throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. This candidate will need to be willing and ready to be flexible, adaptable, and knowledgeable on the Red Ventures culture and role we are hiring for.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate on campus sessions, onsite interviews, career fairs etc., at different college campuses along with scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and screening resumes to identify the best talent for our Launch Program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with college career centers, professors, and student organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Ensure we hold a high talent bar for every person we hire.
  • Assist in structuring Launch Week (onboarding) for new hires, incorporating both cultural and functional onboarding components.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and new hire onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of Campus Recruiting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to various college campuses as needed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and recruitment needs.
