Red Stag Fulfillment is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Knoxville, TN

Talent Acquisition Manager

Red Stag Fulfillment is a logistics and fulfillment organization built to enable companies to grow and scale their businesses. Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, Red Stag was born out of eCommerce with one mission: to enable our clients to grow their business by redefining the 3PL experience for both clients and employees. By leveraging technology to ensure accurate, reliable, secure, and fast shipping, we have quickly established ourselves as a world-class fulfillment and logistics company.

At Red Stag Fulfillment, we understand that our team members are our most important asset. We have grown into one of America’s best order fulfillment companies by building a team of people who are eager to be a part of our growth. To make this happen, our team members show up and give their all every day. Our core values are of paramount importance and inform and guide all our decisions.

Here at Red Stag:

• We act like we own it.

• We sweat the small stuff.

• We have positive attitudes.

• We treat everyone with dignity and respect.

• We always seek to improve.

This position’s primary goal is to meet our team member staffing needs by finding the BEST candidates that match our organizational culture and position skillset. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, we are seeking a creative individual to become part of our team as the Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a hands-on manager role requiring someone who can support daily tasks as well as managing the recruiting brand for our organization.

Are you who we're looking for?

If: You enjoy representing the organization’s brand while seeking out the BEST possible candidates for open positions. You like building relationships and enjoy understanding candidate’s work experience. You tend to think ahead and interact equally well with hiring managers and candidates. You keep an open mind and value diversity. You consider yourself an ambassador for the organization for which you are hiring.

You are seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and be part of building something special. Because of this you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, get up to speed quickly, and do “whatever it takes” to get the job done. If you are more comfortable with someone directing your day-to-day activity – i.e., telling you exactly what to do - then this is not the position for you. But, if you like the idea of rolling up your sleeves and actively growing in new areas, then this might be your perfect fit.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and cultivate a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers.

  • Deliver training and coaching to all stakeholders on how to attract and select diverse employees.

  • Proactively recruit for open positions and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for quick growth and scaling.

  • Build strong partnerships with organizational leaders to understand job duties and skillset required for each position.

  • Standardize and update recruiting department documents such as job descriptions and interview guides.

  • Partner with active staffing agencies on applicable positions.

  • Define meaningful departmental metrics and goals and identify the best tracking method.

  • Use data to help drive departmental decisions and hiring.

  • Maintain access control for recruiting database.

  • Continuously seek out new recruiting trends and tools to attract top talent.

  • Stay abreast of and manage all legal requirements regarding applicant tracking, reporting and requisition file retention.

  • Develop recruiting strategy and the team structure needed to deploy at various levels.

  • Develop strategies for the most efficient and effective recruiting process to provide measurable value for Red Stag.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 3 to 5 years of proven recruiting results

  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices
