SAME OR NEXT DAY INTERVIEWS!! The front desk agent is responsible for answering guest questions, properly resolving guest complaints, answering phones, filing paperwork, taking guest reservations, and checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms.
They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a favorable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering any phone calls.
Job Requirements:
-Great People Skills
-Patience when dealing with guests
-Professional demeanor
-Willingness to learn other departments within the hotel
-Dependable and able to arrive to work on time
-Computer and phone understanding and skills
-Money handling experience
-Pleasant "Willing to learn" attitude!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.25 - $13.50 per hour
