As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to balance and reconcile financial transactions, as well as provide exceptional customer service to our guests. - Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports
- Balance and reconcile revenue, expenses, and credit card transactions
- Prepare daily reports for management
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and report generation
