- Balance and reconcile revenue, expenses, and credit card transactions
- Prepare daily reports for management
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and report generation
