Local hotel is seeking a part time Front Desk Attendant. The applicant will typically work 24 hours a week (every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; possible extra hours as needed). We are looking for a very dependable and mature applicant who will be able to report for all scheduled shifts and do their job independently. Only one agent works the front desk at any given time, so you must have great attendance, and after two weeks of training, you will be expected to handle nearly any situation that may arise on your own by problem solving and using the resources you are given.
This employee is responsible for providing guest service at the hotel’s front desk, completing daily paperwork and shift reports. Front Desk Attendant must see to guest needs such as guest check-in/check-outs, reservations, answering all calls, and addressing guest questions and needs. Other key duties include:
