Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and customer service to our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and gain experience in the food service industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage the waitlist
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the dining room flow
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
- Assist with food service tasks as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve them promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
