Full time Assistant Producer (full time for the duration of the contract)

Position will be at least 4 days in the Annapolis office a week.

Our fast-paced digital media agency specializes in Republican politics, issue advocacy, public affairs, and corporate messaging campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Producer to help with TV, web, long-form video and radio advertising. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills who is experienced in media production, and interested in politics.

You’ll be trained in our procedures to create projects and will support our team of creatives, editors and producers through project management, research, writing, and production work.

Your work will include or support:

• Booking locations, crews, and other production details.
• Support with photography when needed
• Clearing permissions, and licensing
• Managing crew and location details
• Licensing media for advertising
• Overseeing back-office processes

Show us that you have the confidence to interact with the executive levels of internal and external staff. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, visual) and the ability to communicate ideas concisely is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Media Production: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
