Job Summary

Our skilled Aesthetic Injectors deliver top-tier, medical-grade services in filler and toxin administration, prioritizing quality and professionalism. Committed to superior customer care, they cultivate enduring relationships with patients, offering thorough education on available treatments and products.

Core Responsibilities

• Consistently foster a welcoming, warm, and friendly atmosphere for patients.
• Enhance and maintain expertise in product lines and treatments.
• Participate in staff meetings, promotions, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Proactively engage in building a client base for injection services.
• Capable of performing all facial aesthetic treatments offered by the company.
• Administer professional facial aesthetic treatments following company protocols consistently.
• Conduct consultations, assess skin concerns, and recommend suitable treatment plans.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all services and products, educating patients accordingly.
• Promote and recommend additional products and services as appropriate.
• Thoroughly educate patients on treatment processes, anticipated outcomes, potential side effects, and post-care requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients via phone and email, ensuring accurate client database management.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper cleanliness and restocking as required.
• Care for equipment appropriately and utilize back bar supplies efficiently to manage costs effectively.
• Manage inventory of retail and back bar products efficiently.
• Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as mandated by law and company policies.

Schedule

• This role will gradually transition to full-time hours, typically spanning between 32 and 40 hours per week.
• The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with Saturdays included from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This position follows a 5-day schedule with 8-hour shifts.

Skill and Education Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of independent experience in administering aesthetic injectables (e.g., Botox, Juvederm, etc.) in a clinical or med-spa setting.
• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas.
• Flexibility to rotate among multiple locations within the Dallas/Fort Worth market including Frisco, McKinney, and Plano.
