West End Billiards of Durham is seeking amazing bartenders to join our crew.

Qualified applicants must:

• be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
• have a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
• be friendly and energetic
• have solid knowledge of beer, liquor, and classic cocktails
• be responsible and timely
• work well alone and with a small team
• have the desire and ability to solve problems, follow directions, and self-manage
• have great attention to detail
• be able to manage the entire bar with speed, consistency, and accuracy while providing great customer service
• have a positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to the team and the bar
• have a passion for customer service and be skilled in a variety of customer interactions
• have the ability to anticipate and de-escalate customer conflicts
• have an understanding of pool, darts, and other games
• management experience is an asset but not necessary

West End Billiards is open daily from 5pm–2am. Solo shifts are 4pm to 3:30/4am. Weekend shifts are split: 4pm-1am / 9pm-4am.

Compensation starts at $6 per hour plus tips. Bartenders can expect to average a minimum of $35 per hour in total compensation.
