Now open, we are looking for experienced bartenders to come join the bar team in creating the best craft cocktail program in the triangle! With a brand new store front and a state-of-the-art bar located in Durham's Social District, we are excited to create the perfect playground for you to thrive and make money. Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and craft premium spirit forward cocktails accurately, quickly, and consistently
- Proactively engage customers, and provide recommendations based on their preferences

-Handle cash and card transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including cocktail dining areas, restrooms, and entryways
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Enforce food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with regulations

-Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere

Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in bar/cocktail service is required
- Strong knowledge of food handling,bar management, and food safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and recipes
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
