To service our Dallas patients, we are searching for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with a reputation for friendliness, competence, and reliability. Our CNAs' primary responsibility as members of our health team is to offer fundamental patient-centered care and assistance while assuring the safety and comfort of our senior residents.

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistants:

• Provide support to the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Provide excellent, services in care and treatment including bathing, feeding, oral care, dressing, and moving residents from area to area
• Administer medication to residents
• Monitor the health conditions of individuals served and ensure quality services provided
• Assist patient with prescribed exercises as necessary
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Take the patient's temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and breathing rate when the staff requests it
• Monitor and record food and liquid intake and urinary and fecal discharge and report changes to medical or nursing staff.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Qualifications that we are looking for:

• 18 years old and above
• High school diploma or GED
• Compassionate, honest, dependable
• Proof of COVID vaccination and TB test
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Mentally and physically fit to perform complex tasks
• Willingness to be trained
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds at times
