Red Leaf Recruitment is Hiring a Traffic Engineer Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach areas preferred, however 100% remote will be considered.
Salary: $90k - $120k depending on experience.
TRAFFIC ENGINEER/TRANSPORTATION PLANNER x 2
Role Responsibilities
- Providing Traffic Engineering and/or Planning services to multiple clients.
- Develop and execute Traffic Engineering projects, including traffic operations. and safety studies, traffic engineering analyses, signal design, transportation forecasting and technical memos.
- Develop and present reports and recommendations.
- Complete Streets and Multimodal planning and/or design.
- Overseeing engineering and technical staff.
- Collaborative working across disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
- 5-10 years in a Civil Engineering role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE (or ability to gain one within 1 year), Florida preferred.
- For qualified and ambitious candidates, there is the vision for the role to expand to Project Manager and Office Manager / Director.
