About the jobThis is a unique role that involves managing homeowner clients and subcontractors to provide contracted services such as home maintenance and landscaping, as well as successfully identifying and managing upgrade/remodelling projects.
As our Account / Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the successful ‘white glove’
relationship management of contracted services for a large group of Concierge clients.
You will be independently responsible for representing the company brand, establishing client trust
and rapport, and ensuring that all contracted services are executed flawlessly. Additionally,
you will continuously work towards successful contract expansion, renewal, and the addition
of add-on work (projects).
Job Responsibilities• Develop high-trust relationships with Concierge clients and the company back office
• Assess, bid, and budget Concierge agreements and add-on work, following company
guidelines
• Walk through client homes and properties frequently to stay in front of emerging
issues
• Assist in troubleshooting repairs, providing triage, or making simple adjustments as
needed
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely inputs for scheduling vendors, permitting, and
inspections
• Manage, supervise, and support day-to-day vendor activity for Concierge clients
• Maintain a safe working environment for the company, vendors, and clients
• Follow up after service visits to ensure client’s satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Solid understanding of all residential construction trades and related building codes
• Able to explain observed conditions to client in a consultative and reassuring manner
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow through on all assignments
with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ownership mindset with infallible dependability
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Business, and Airtable
applications are strongly preferred, with the flexibility to innovate with new
technologies as they arise
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a direct
communication style
