Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's kitchen and food preparation areas. This position requires experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. Preferred previous experience with live fire cooking in regards to steaks, burgers, fish and vegetables.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines
- Assist with catering orders and meal preparation for special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
