The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is Looking for a fluent Portuguese speaker with an interest in learning about Linux and other Red Hat’s technologies to join us as an Associate Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will work as part of a multicultural and multilingual customer-facing technical support team that handles support requests from enterprise customers via telephone and web tickets. You’ll cooperate with technical support engineers by providing high quality translations from Portuguese to English and vice versa. As an Associate Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, owning the communication between customers and senior technicians and collaborating with a global technical team. You’ll need to be able to attend both technical and non-technical training where you’ll develop your troubleshooting and support skills.
The salary range for this position is $24.16 per hour to $28.20 per hour. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
