Responsibilities

• Create a simple, limited menu
• Follow food and safety regulations
• Order food and supplies for the kitchen
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service
• Manage staff
• Qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively
• Bassett certified
• Food handlers certified
• Food safety manager certified
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to forecast and manage inventory
• Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead as well as take direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $44,000.00 per year
