Key Responsibilities:

• Establishes and nurtures a network of contacts for new sales leads.
• Engages with customers and prospects to understand their needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Demonstrates product or service benefits based on customer needs.
• Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction and resolves post-sale issues promptly.
• Maintains regular communication with current and past customers, informing them of new offerings.
• Keeps detailed records of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales figures, and challenges.
• Provides periodic sales forecasts for assigned territories.

• Travel is required for this hybrid role, with main territories residing in Atlanta, Georgia, or Birmingham, Alabama.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Marketing and Sales, Business, or equivalent.

• A minimum of four years of experience in the metal buildings industry is required.
