Experienced Bartender, Server and Host Position open

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bartender and server to join our team at our growing hibachi restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in both bartending and serving roles, with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bartending:
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels of bar supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and suggesting menu items.
• Serving:
• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional hospitality throughout their dining experience.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.
• Assist with special events and promotions as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of bartending and serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Well-groomed appearance
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• TIPS certification or equivalent preferred.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.68 - $21.29 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
