Energetic Carwash Assistant Manager Wanted!

As a Carwash Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art car wash facility. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Site Manager in the daily operations and management of the carwash.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in daily scheduling and managing carwash staff, including training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

• Monitor and maintain carwash equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to maintenance schedules

• Oversee the carwash workflow, including managing customer queues, directing staff, and troubleshooting any issues that arise

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels

• Participate in the development and implementation of carwash policies, procedures, and quality control measures

• Provide backup support to the Site Manager in their absence, including making decisions and taking appropriate actions

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative promotions and loyalty programs

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 years of management experience in a carwash or similar customer service-oriented environment

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others

• Familiarity with carwash equipment and maintenance procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
