We are seeking a passionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Farmer's Market Bakery Assistant. The successful candidate will assist in the operation of our stand at Sonoma County Farmer's Markets, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and have access to our delicious baked goods.

Shifts:

Sunday 8:30 am - 1:30 pm at Windsor Town Green Farmer's Market

Tuesday 9am -2pm at Petaluma East Side Farmer's Market

Saturday 8am-1pm at Farmers Lane Market in Santa Rosa

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and takedown of the bakery stand at farmer's markets.
• Display bakery products in an attractive and organized manner.
• Greet customers warmly and provide information about our products.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing change.
• Package bakery items for customers, ensuring that they are presented neatly and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the bakery stand.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the stand.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Knowledge of baked goods and an appreciation for high-quality ingredients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
