The Opportunity:

Wilmington Paper Corporation (WPC) has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Cash Application Specialist to join our growing team!

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Specialist to join our finance team. As part of the team, you will reconcile account receivables, perform collection management processes, and post payment reconciliations. You will also create monthly reports for management, observing all relevant regulations.

To succeed as a Cash Applications Specialist, our ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with the team and possesses accurate data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.

This is a Hybrid position based in Duluth, GA.

How you will make an impact:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily:

• Run daily cash deposit report and lockbox report from the bank’s website.
• Deposit checks remotely to bank’s website.
• Process customer payments in Navision.
• Research and resolve deductions taken by customers.
• Create aging reports.
• Engage in collection management processes, as necessary.
• Distribute bank reports to management.
• Create journal entries in Navision.
• Daily export all sales invoices from WILD to Navision.
• Daily export all posted payments from Navision to WILD.
• Email invoices to customers via WILD.
• Assist with financial audits.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years of cash application analysis experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat).
• Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables and V-look up from scratch)
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, cieTrade®.
• Ability to analyze information and processes.
• Detail Oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
