Position Summary

TheAccounting Manager will be responsiblefor overseeing day-to-day accounting operational activities with a focus on order-to-cash cycle, general ledger, monthly accounting closing,process improvementand supportto financialstatementanalysis. This manager will also partner with the Director of Finance & Accounting to review and enhance accounting processes, coordinate with other functions in driving improvements throughout the organization.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operationsfocused billing, AR,including review the reconciliation of customer accounts performed by the team to ensure timely billing, and the accuracyof accounts receivable.
• Support andexecute monthly/quarterly/yearly closing procedures, ensure timely completion ofaccounting closing activities and tasks.
• Coordinate with Sr. Financial Reporting Managerto managegeneral ledger accounts, support on monthly account reconciliations of all relevant accounts.
• Assist Direct of Finance & Accounting to review and enhance accounting and operation processes, coordinate with internal stakeholders to continue improvingprocesses and influence internal operating efficiency.
• Assistto develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Assist Sr. Financial Reporting Manger in liaison with internal/external auditors, external CPAs and tax consultants.
• Make recommendations to business stakeholders, keen to identify opportunitiesfor improvement and optimization, continue enhance the efficiencyof workflows of responsiblefunctions.
• Assist in department recruiting, training and provide guidance to financial staffs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experiencewith 3 years of it being in a supervisory role.
• Experiencein internal controls or internal audit is a plus.
• High level of professionalism, results oriented, organized, highly motivated and detailed.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; multi-task and strong analytical skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, vLookups, Macros, Charts & Graphs, etc.), and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP system is preferred (SAP Hana, Hyperion).
• Strong time management and leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
