ABOUT THE ROLE
As our first marketing hire, you have the chance to become the storyteller, brand ambassador, performance marketer and community builder rolled into one. You'll develop and drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You should have a strong ability to build meaningful connections with high value consumers, forge brand partnerships with sales influencers and companies on social, and create buzz on social around our product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Craft and implement a B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our sales efforts and product roadmap, focusing on SMB accounts.
Develop a comprehensive suite of marketing materials, including playbooks, case studies, and sales enablement tools, to support the sales process and customer journey.
Own execution of all marketing acquisition channels, including, but not limited to: organic channels, partnerships, Google, LinkedIn and other social media, email campaigns, events and public relations
Work closely with the CEO to develop and refine an upmarket strategy, exploring and establishing pathways for selling yearly agreements to more established sales organizations.
Establish and optimize marketing systems and processes, setting a foundation for scalability and future team growth.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform and adapt marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup environment.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives, especially for products that have scaled from 0 to 1
Proven track record in driving content and programming with measurable results in acquisition, engagement, and retention
Skilled at pillars of an integrated marketing plan, including social media/influencer marketing, e-mail marketing, content marketing, advertising, sales promotion, events/production and public relations
Experience executing within social media advertising environments
Experience creating a variety of ad formats, including, but not limited to: images, animations, carousels, videos, collections, reports, etc.
Experience with best-practice acquisition funnel strategies
Exceptional communication and narrative skills
Strong judgment and attention to detail
Proactive attitude with an ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve problems quickly

COMPENSATION
Salary: $50k-$70k Base Salary - $20k Equity Package with four year vest
