Recruit Secure is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator Near Monsey, NY
Recruit Secure is collaborating with our client in seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator for direct hire to their finance team. Our client owns and operates six, for-profit, long-term care facilities i.e., Skilled Nursing Homes in Texas. The A/R Coordinator is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable process including invoicing, posting payments, monitoring overdue accounts, and reconciling customer accounts. This position reports to the Controller.
The ideal candidate MUST have the following:
- Experience working with Skilled Nursing Home (at least 1 year )
- Proficiency with Excel and Quick Books
- Skilled in creating and analyzing aging reports, identifying delinquent reports and using effective collections strategies.
- Good Communication and team skills
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Monsey, NY A competitive salary, PTO, and other perks are offered.
