Full Time PROOF Operations Representative
RecoveryTrek is one of the nation’s fastest-growing treatment monitoring and third-party administrators providing services to substance abuse treatment programs and their participants.
The PROOF Operations Representative is a full-time position (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday) in our Downtown Norfolk office. No experience is necessary. The ideal candidate is reliable, committed, works well with others, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to learn our processes.
Job Responsibilities:
· PROOF shipping and receiving
· PROOF Pack building
· Process client orders
· PROOF video verification and participant correspondence
· Provide PROOF clients with phone and email support
· Data entry, records maintenance
· Must be able to handle sensitive information within HIPAA guidelines
· Must be able to lift a max of 75lbs.
· Be able to learn and maintain RecoveryTrek Success Management Software, participant logins, RecoveryTrek website, and Automated Phone System
Special Skill Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Good oral and written communication
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent organization skills
- Must be detail oriented and a problem-solver
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
