**Position Overview:**
As a Marketing Specialist at The Recovery Center USA, you will play a pivotal role in creating eye-grabbing, informative content that eliminates the stigma associated with seeking treatment. Your creative flair and innovative approaches will be essential in crafting compelling email campaigns, content for our various subsidiaries, and eye-catching graphics to engage our audience and advance our mission.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation:**
- Develop captivating and informative content for email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and website updates.
- Create content tailored to each subsidiary of The Recovery Center USA, ensuring messaging aligns with their unique missions and target audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to distill complex information into easily understandable materials.
-Blog writing capabilities and innovative CTA capabilities. 
2. **Graphic Design:**
- Produce eye-catching graphics and visual content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure branding consistency across all visuals and collateral.
- Edit and enhance photos and images as needed.
3. **Stigma Reduction Campaigns:**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns focused on eliminating stigma associated with seeking mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment.
- Develop innovative strategies and materials to engage and educate the community.
- Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of stigma reduction efforts.
4. **Email Marketing:**
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and outreach initiatives.
- Segment email lists for targeted messaging and audience engagement.
- Analyze email campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimization.
5. **Meeting Deliverable Deadlines:**
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Proactively communicate progress and potential delays.
6. **Collaboration and Innovation:**
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, administrators, and external partners.
- Bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and techniques.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing and content creation, especially in the healthcare or mental health field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful and informative content.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- A passion for eliminating stigma associated with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder challenges.
